The WOTP community is comprised of a diverse group of stakeholders who include: teachers, students, parents, school administration, special education technicians, guidance professionals, consultants, work place supervisors, businesses and community organizations. Each stakeholder plays a vital role in success of the program. Further, the numerous participants demonstrates the diversity of the students’ needs and the complexity of relationships in the work-study approach (Secondary QEP, Chapter 5, p. 9).
